Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are personal-care items that come into direct contact with the skin, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, dislike of the product, or non‑results once the product has been opened or used.

We will only consider a replacement or refund in the following limited cases:

  1. The item arrived damaged or defective.

  2. You received the wrong item or an incorrect quantity.

To be eligible for a replacement or refund in these cases, you must:

  • Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the outer packaging, product, and the issue (damage, defect, or wrong item).

  • Keep the product and packaging until we confirm next steps.

If your claim is approved, we will at our discretion:

  • Send a replacement item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns sent back to us without prior authorization. Any unauthorized returns will not be processed or returned.
